BCC - Blind Carbon Copy. When an email is sent bcc that means that
other people receiving the email cannot see the address of
the person it was blind copied to.
Bias - Allowing unreasonable personal opinions to influence judgement.

CC - Carbon Copy. An email is usually carbon copied to someone when the sender
wants to pass on the information in the email to that person, but doesn't necessarily
expect a response.
The term carbon copy refers to when a peice of carbon paper would be pressed
between two ordinary peices of paper on a typewriter so that two copies of the
document could be made at the same time.
