Critical success factors are things that your website must have or do in order to do its job properly.
Examples of critical success factors:
The home page must have a title, some introductory text and a picture.
The test must be clear and easy to read.
The button from the home page to the picture page must work.
The home button must take the user back to the home page.
You need to create a guide that explains how you have created your web pages. As you create your pages take screen shots to show how you are developing your site.
How do I take a screenshot?
By pressing the "print screen" button on your keyboard.
Then go into word and paste, and your screenshot will appear in the word document.
Then what do I do?
Crop the screenshot so that you can only see the parts you need
Use call-outs or a text box and explain what that screenshot shows you doing, and how you did it.
Basically you are trying to create your own personalised version of the "Creating a website user guide"
but for your own web site, to show you making your website.
Click here to see the user guide
Take screenshots and annotate to show:
How to create a new web page
How to add a layer
How to create a button
How to hyperlink pages together
How to add text
How to add images
How to change colours, borders etc
Your web pages progressing from start to finish
