Antonio hopes that eventually his spreadsheet will help him to save money.

Computer viruses

Antonio is very worried about computer viruses, he is afraid to go on the internet or use email.
You need to convince Antonio that it is safe to use email and the internet so long as he is careful.
To do this you need to research computer viruses and create a professional PowerPoint presentation to explain the dangers and how to stay safe.

File Management

Antonio is very disorganised, you need to set up a sensible folder structure for Antonio so that he has somewhere sensible to save all of his different kinds of file.
You need to explain to him what he should keep where.
